Romane Brassy
Working with flowers is primarily about interacting with nature and appreciating its true value.
Originally from Haute-Savoie, Romane Brassy discovered on the first day of her studies in floristry that floral composition was at once an art, a craft, and a way to express her values and aesthetic sensibility.
This revelation sparked a talent. Upon completing her apprenticeship, Romane won a regional gold medal as the best apprentice, complemented by a departmental silver medal – this recognition led her to quickly work in luxury floral art, at Rosolo Geneva in 2015.
This refinement was followed by an adventure: the departure for Australia and New Zealand, where Romane, energetically juggling tasks, discovered the innovative concept of the flower bar and worked at Scarecrow in Auckland.
Back in France, she joined the team of the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc, perfecting her art among a demanding clientele in the codes of luxury.
Having discovered through her experiences what constituted the real qualities of a fresh flower, and convinced that floral art is also a way to express strong values, and an added soul, Romane then decided to found French Riviera Flowers. The DNA of the brand: to offer only 100% local and seasonal creations. Because, as in cooking, the quality of the product and the values it conveys determine the excellence of a creation.
Today Romane offers her compositions every day at the Forville market in Cannes, which has become her city of heart and adoption. But she also offers to professional and private establishments in the region a 360° creative support: floral subscriptions, installations, and floral scenographies. This approach has already seduced many high-end boutiques between Saint-Tropez and Monaco, concerned about sustainability and quality in each of the creations.
French Riviera Flowers is a reflection of Romane: authentic, energetic, and embodied. A modern conception of floral art, lively and vivid, blending all her influences, from the world of luxury to the festive rhythm of Byron Bay, with its vibrant sunsets and free spirit.
